The company, which was incorporated in 1983, is an investment business that invests financial resources to support the financial objectives of unlisted companies. Its corporate head office is located in the city of La Coruña, Spain. The company seeks to invest in private companies. It actively participates in the operations of its portfolio companies. This participation does not intrude on the daily management of the portfolio company, but instead is designed to complement senior management. Active management takes the form of either an advisory role or an interim operating role whereby the partners work with the portfolio company's management to develop various strategies and execution milestones.
